Modelli LX della Serie Industriale
Progettato principalmente per le prove di trazione a capacità elevata, il design con singolo spazio di prova dei modelli LX consente l'esecuzione di prove di compressione, piegatura/flessione e resistenza al taglio. Il Modello LX è alimentato da un sistema di pompaggio idraulico che sposta un gruppo attuatore a corsa lunga per erogare le forze necessarie per le prove.
Funzionalità
- Design compatto che combina il telaio di carico, l'alimentazione idraulica, l'elettronica e il pannello di controllo in un unica configurazione, per ridurre di oltre il 60% i requisiti di spazio in pianta.
- Un telaio adattabile con singola apertura di prova, ampia e di facile accesso, e una corsa lunga consentono di alloggiare una vasta gamma di provini di ogni dimensione, nonché un assortimento di morsetti, dispositivi, forni ed estensimetri.
- I componenti elettronici per il controllo digitale offrono un'elevata precisione e tempi di risposta eccellenti; il controller integrato riconosce i trasduttori e ne effettua la taratura automaticamente, eliminando interruttori, potenziometri e quadranti.
- La scelta di un software universale per prove su materiali Partner™ o Bluehill® 2 offre il massimo in quanto a facilità d'uso e flessibilità.
- Ideale per prove di trazione e resistenza su elementi di fissaggio, catene , provini con estremità filettate e piane, trefoli e materiali in fogli.
- Disponibile con blocchi manuali della traversa e colonne con intagli o elevatori e blocchi automatici per regolare l'apertura dello spazio della prova.

LX Static Hydraulic Universal Testing System - Pre-Installation Manual
The information in this document is intended to aid customers in the site preparation, unpacking, lifting, and installation of the Instron Model LX Static Hydraulic Universal Testing Systems. These instructions assume the following: • Your system consists of a frame, a hydraulic power supply, a control unit, a computer system with an Instron materials testing software package, and any testing accessories necessary to secure the specimen in the test space. It is important that the site be adequately prepared in order to avoid unnecessary delays in the installation process and to ensure that the testing system operates without interference from various environmental conditions (i.e. excess building vibrations or extreme temperature and humidity levels).
